The launch of new products and services offered by the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE) has generated the need of developping a specific set of communication materials aimed to increase brand awareness and attract new BSE issuers on the regulated market. This meant for Decorporate the development of a new corporate project and also a new client for the company’s portfolio. The project included: a set of printed information materials (leaflets, brochures), web banners for the BSE online campaigns, newsletters and other distinctive promotional materials. Decorporate developed the entire work flow for these new marketing materials: creative concept, design, DTP and production. |

Electro-Total, a company active in the industrial automation field, contracted Decorporate to develop the set of communication materials aimed to promote the products and services provided for its clients. The main challenge of this project consisted in creating a organic and natural visual set-up having as a main feature a clear and clean dispaly of the presented information. The preliminary analisys of the competition, developed in the first phase of the project, showed us that the existing marketing materials have a rigid and unattractive communication approach. Thereby, in order to build visual differentiation and memorabilty, the agency has approached a graphic formula which combines the technical specificity of the domain with the pictorial and organic elements inspired from nature. |

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE) is the most important private entity of the Romanian Capital Market. In June 2010, through Intercapital Invest, BSE opened the listing of its own shares, an event long awaited for.
Decorporate team was hired by Intercapital Invest to develop the communication strategy and consistent awareness campaign for the most important event of the year on the Romanian Capital Market.
Decorporate worked alongside the client’s team for 3 months, going through the communication strategy, visual identity, communication creative concept, website design, media planning, corporate events design and production. The visual platform was applied consistently across all communication and media materials, providing the event with an appealing identity and status. |

ACVATOT Foundation, a project of ACVATOT company, is developing CSR activities directed on two main areas: social involvement and environmental protection. The visual identity Decorporate developed for the new brand is designed to support the organization's current positioning, as a representative of the civil society. The graphic symbol which accompanies the logotype has an organic and unitary structure and simbolizes different entities united by common values and goals. In addition to the graphic identity, the Decorporate team has developed an entirely new set of support materials for corporate communication and events both for ACVATOT Foundation and ACVATOT company: „Generosity Gala” - naming, visual identity, printed materials for the event, decorations for the event; „Eco Camp” - naming, visual identity, custom promotional materials, printed materials; ACVATOT internal magazine and other types of materials for a series of specific communication projects. |

ADORNATE LAUNCH |

Adornate is both an imposing and authentic staysail schooner, exclusively designed for luxury and amazing sea adventure lovers, and also a new touristic product launched in 2010 by Vega Turism. The launch of the new brand, has put Decorporate in charge with the development of a distinctive communication campaign.
Starting by defining the positioning strategy, the visual identity design, the construction of collateral materials and sales kit, the website development and continuting with the media campaign well oriented towards reaching the exclusivist target. The visual platform was consistently applied in the design of all communication materials, providing attractive brand identity for both internal and external stakeholders.
Creativity wise, the Adornate schooner launch was a very consistent and challenging project for our team. |

DAEDALUS MILLWARD BROWN – „RETURN TO BASICS” / UNCONVENTIONAL COMMUNICATION |

Together with Daedalus Millward Brown team, partner of HR Club Romania, we have developed a special communication project for the 2010 HR conference. The main challenge of this project was to create an innovative communication item, 100% custom made, aiming to generate differentiation and awareness for the B2B HR services provided by Daedalus Millward Brown. After presenting several creative ideas, the project has materialized into the creation of an unconvetional item: a pencil box with special stamps and pop-ups, which presented, in a distinctive way, the HR services provided for the companies attending the event. The graphic approach stands out as a metaphore of simplicity, of those days when communication had a very personal note and the pencil, eraser and sharpener had a natural place on everybody’s work desk. |

AERA - A new HVAC brand |

DECORPORATE team developed the brand consultancy, creative concept and visual identity design for the launching of AERA – a new brand on the HVAC equipment and accessories market. From the recommended colors - which highlight the properties and qualities of the AERA brand - to the attitude expressed by the chosen typeface (solid and stately), the created logo articulates the differences between AERA products and the products of its competitors. The expression of the brand identity is visible on a wide set of applications such as: business cards, letterheads and invoices. One of the most complex task of the project was the development of the creative design for AERA product catalogues, for which the agency developed the entire process of creation, design and DTP. |

For this year’s end we thought about a new idea, an innovative and atypical one, as an alternative to the „classic" Christmas gift. The real challenge consisted in the contextual exploration and reinterpretation of a generous theme - the world of coffee. The balance between the „taste of an exceptional coffee” and the entire arsenal of specific items involved in this ritual, outlined a particular design concept, implemented on an unique set of executions such as: premium coffee packs, sets of cups and plates, special bags for the holidays - all specially tailored for the brand identity of DAEDALUS GROUP. |

Together with the UPETROM 1 MAI Team, the largest producer and exporter of scaffolding and technological petrol equipment in Romania and Southeastern Europe, we developed the concept for the company’s products presentation catalog.
The challenge of the project consisted in finding and developing the graphic line for the sales kit, designed to combine in a balanced manner both the commercial and technical aspects. More, the target we address is an exclusivist one, represented by the world’s greatest oil extraction companies.
The implementation of the project lasted almost 3 month and involved for the Decorporate Team the following steps: graphic concept development, retouch of the imaging elements of the products, creating the content structure, content implementation, content corrections, mock-ups and production of the material. |

On an extremely competitive jobs’ market and in a less favorable economical context, the event organized by Catalyst Team is coming on this edition with many top job offers.
This edition’s focus was exclusively qualitative regarding the candidates selection. This was in fact the key element that led to the development of „Daring dreams. Remarkable carieers” communication concept. The materials developed in the spirit of the approved concept have achieved their goal and generated a large number of visitors at the event. |

In December 2008, Vega Hotel organized "Vega Charity Ball", an event which aims to support social cases in the next years and also make a significant contribution to the community life. An exceptional night, in a five-star company and a daring dream!
The image of the event was developed together with the Decorporate team. The implementation of the concept was a journey through various communication media: press statement, press conference kit, access tickets to the event, materials for the auction organized during the ball.
At the end of the event, the outcome had cut out for the organizers’ involvement in the project, and the joy of those who received the raised money was overwhelming.

Already a tradition, Angajatori de TOP fair, the largest career fair for young professionals, reached its fourth edition this year and has expanded in Timisoara and Iasi.
The communication concept for this edition represents the expected continuance of the communication platform built this spring and aims to transmit, in a genuine and unconventional manner, the caliber and size of the event. The media support for the campaign consisted of: OOH, press layouts, posters, leaflets and a catalog promoting the event.

VEGA, a five-star experience! |

Having an impressive history, as a couple of decades ago it was the main location for one of the reference movies of Romanian cinematography, namely “Mr. Marin the Billionaire” (“Nea Marin Miliardar”), the hotel was renovated in order to create a harmony between the past and the future, a chromatic unity and a harmony between a friendly – elegant and roomy – space and 5 star services.
Any top player in a certain category must know exactly what it wants and how to seduce the target both by services and image. This was the challenge for Decorporate team which developed the brand's visual approach and implemented it on all brand support vectors: presentation materials, sales kit, promotional materials, press campaigns, OOH and radio.
The Vega brand conveys, on one hand, refinement, style and glamour, and on the other - hospitality, harmony and five stars services. The brand’s slogan - "The pleasure to indulge! - is based on a good account of these resources and elements that build up the personality of the brand.
To strengthen its position as a premium partner in choosing the location for a corporate event or a holiday on the Romanian coast, the Vega Hotel decided to participate to the International Tourism Fair held in October 2008. In line with the brand's visual identity, the Decorporate team has developed and implemented the concept for the presentation stall. The main objective was to involve the public in a genuine brand experience and to sustain the brand promise - The pleasure to indulge. The materials developed for the event were among the most varied: leaflets, brochures, mesh, radio spots and materials for the raffle: raffle regulation, radio ad, coupons and vouchers for the prize offered.

DAEDALUS GROUP - Intelligent information and creativity. |

Daedalus Group has emerged as a necessity in a market that needs solid benchmarks on complete business solutions. It integrates, under the same name, the companies Eurodata Management, Daedalus Millward Brown and Visionwise Consulting.
The objective of the first project developed together was to develop the visual identity for Daedalus Group, aimed to sustain the brand promise – Information. Knowledge. Wisdom. From a graphic point of view this meant to define the essential graphical elements, which were further applied on the corporate website skin.
Due to the fine business relationship developed together, another project followed, this time for Daedalus Consulting, a company of Daedalus Group. The stake of the project was to create the visual identity for the new brand - Daedalus Millward Brown – formed out of the partnership with Millward Brown. The new visual identity was also implemented on the corporate materials: business cards, letterhead, fax, envelopes, electronic signature, PowerPoint presentation template, notebook.
On the occasion of launching a new product, Brand Express, Eurodata Management, a member company of Daedalus Group, resorted to Decorporate to build the entire set of graphical elements for the new brand: logo, chromatic palette, typography, the essential graphical elements applicable on further executions.
The partnership with Daedalus Group represented a wonderful opportunity for Decorporate to develop complex projects, bringing added value for the new brands as well as for the client’s business.

The communication objective for the Educational Fair in Bucharest, holding its 4th edition, was to increase awareness and the public interest for such events. Also, an important part of the project was to refresh the visual identity of the event by face-lifting the logo. |

The challenge for Decorporate was to conceive the communication campaign for the new fidelity program represented by a special product – Dacia Card. In order to sustain the brand’s partnership promise towards it’s clients, we have developed the „You feel privileged” concept, meant to convey both the idea of trust and exclusive treatment.
The communication component has been implemented in a direct marketing program that consisted of specific materials development: leaflets and personalized letters addressed to all Dacia’s clients.

Having a 7 years experience on the Romanian market, ISRA Center Marketing Research is a complete research company with a solid client orientation.
The brief we received was to generate a corporate communication concept that follows the identity and values of the brand and, at the same time, satisfies the need of communication on both plans: external (B2B) and internal.
The first phase in implementing the concept consisted of developing a project for decorating the headquarters taking into account both intended targets: clients and employees. Graphically, the endeavor completes the slogan and consolidates the image of a consistent and powerful brand which is focused on bonding, the modern ways and optimism.
The unconventional, but still corporate, approach combined with the coherence of the graphic solutions and the magnitude of the project bring new life and implicit added value to the brand communication. |

The campaign includes two print executions, "Director" and "Cards" and operates in specialty magazines.

The main objective of this project consisted in activating the SIVECO spirit among the employees and conveying the brand’s vision and values. Therefore, people inside the company can more easily understand each one’s responsibility towards the brand and towards its promise and they can be motivated to use the brand’s objectives as guidelines.
The Decorporate input meant developing and implementing the internal communication concept of „Me.SIVECO”. The entire mechanism, both verbally and visually, is capable of surprising in a natural way the idea that every employee represents the brand. The punctuation used only strengthens the message turning it in a seal of this partnership.
As the internal communication level is concerned, the concept came to life, visually, through a personalized welcome kit which included elements specially designed to serve the purpose. |

The challenge of this project was to develop the communication campaign for the most important job fair in Romania, Angajatori de TOP.
The event is targeting both students and young graduates with work experience of up to seven years, which are aiming for a job in a multinational company from Romania.
The positioning of the event as an „extraordinary job concert” was determined by the high quality of the participants and by the amplitude of the event.
The creative message was conceived in such a way to convey prestige and class in an appropriate manner to our target. The executions are clear, balanced and also powerful visually.
This year’s edition of Angajatori de TOP met great success among the participants. |

During this complex project we worked closely with the BitDefender team and all the Regional Product Marketing Managers were involved. This was an exceptional product that gathered

110 year old archive of the Mathematics Gazette.
